The Pokemon games that have been confirmed as part of Pokemon Go will be available in a free trial mode, Nintendo announced today.
You’ll be able to download the game in a few months time for $4.99/£3.99 on the Nintendo eShop, which will allow you to test the game before purchasing it.
It also includes Pokemon X and Y, as well as the popular games The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Pokemon Sun and Moon, and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. Pokemon Go is the latest iteration of Nintendo’s popular augmented reality game.
Pokemon X, Y, and Sun are currently available for pre-order on Amazon for $39.99 and $59.99, respectively.
Pokemon Sun, Moon, the Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal series, and the upcoming Pokemon X & Y are the only games currently in beta.
Nintendo also confirmed today that Pokemon X is coming to Nintendo Switch in 2019, and Pokemon Y in 2020.
